Mentioned below are few examples which resulted into non-delivery of articles:-

Non availability of Electronic data of COD articles in Delivery post offices.
Ø
Articles where COD amount mentioned physically on
the article and appearing in Electronic data differs. (Difference in the
amount appearing on the article and in system).
Ø
The office of Delivery is not configured as
e-payment office; or the e-payment is not functioning properly due to
connectivity issues.
The solution for all these above issues is provided in the Disaster Recovery Module issued by the Dierctorate.
Ø
For the cases where remittance is still not done by
the post offices but the articles have been delivered and payment is
collected, remittance to be done via Service Money Order as per the
solution provided in the module.
Ø
Articles which are still in postal custody due to data fetching issues can also be processed promptly now.
